Michael Pynenberg
Office ManagerProject Engineer
Michael Pynenberg will be part of our Design Engineering Team - working with Jim, Director of Engineering, and the rest of the design team as a Project Engineer! Michael recently graduated from UW – Milwaukee with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and an emphasis in Transportation & Environmental.
Geno Carlson
Team Leader – Senior Design Technician
With more than 10 years of extensive experience in designing commercial and residential projects, Geno Carlson will be assisting the Design Engineering Team with his expertise. Geno’s high proficiency in AutoCAD & Civil 3D will allow him to manage his own projects while having time to facilitate others with stormwater management, permitting and construction documents.
Andrew Geffert
Project Engineer – Environmental Scientist
Andrew Geffert comes from a background of project management to include site development, stormwater design, DNR Permitting and Wetland Delineations. Andrew’s skill set will help POB extend their offered services into the Wetland Determination/Delineation field.
