Project Scope

Installation of a multi-purpose synthetic turf playing surface, in place of existing natural turf.

Project Overview

Point of Beginning provided survey, civil engineering and construction services in support of Little Chute Area School District’s High School parking lot, baseball field and loop drive redevelopment.

The project consisted of the reconstruction the existing parking lot (pavement, minor base repair and the addition of stapr inlets) and horseshoe loop drive (reconstruction and evaluation of the stormwater) and the redevelopment of the baseball field (re-grading, addressing drainage issues and adjustments to the existing fencing).

Similiar to Central’s site, portions of Brookfield East’s High School campus was redeveloped and supported by POB’s services of survey, civil engineering and construction administration.

The redevelopment included a total of ten (10) tennis courts and two (2) softball fields. The softball fields were renovated with natural grass infields/outfields, standard backstops and stormwater drainage system.

Point of Beginning provided Survey, Civil Engineering & Construction services in support of the redevelopment of Dodgeville School District, High School, to include seating, terracing & viewing platform for the stadium and upgrades to the stadium field.

The overall project scope includes a new synthetic turf football stadium, running track, bleachers with pressbox, synthetic turf multi-purpose softball/baseball, field events, restroom/concessions, walking trails and access drives. This is Phase I of the over project and includes the new synthetic turf football field.

Also working in conjunction with the District & HSR Associates, Point of Beginning provided civil engineering, survey, and construction services for the development of G-E-T Middle School outdoor athletic facility.

The Middle School’s project included a new baseball & softball diamond infields, restrooms/concessions additions to existing out building and access drive to the athletic complex.

The High School’s project included a wrestling room, restroom and concessions addition to the High School building, synthetic turf football field, practice football field, entry/ticket booth, shot put area, 1500 capacity bleacher with storage underneath, and school parking for the students, staff, and visitors.

POB supported renovations to Lakeland Union’s athletic complex with Design and Construction Services.

The project consisted of the demolition of the existing locked room structure with the construction of a new 2,500 sf locker room, installment of a synthetic turf surface on the football field, stadium lighting, field events, bleachers/press box with structuring underneath for storage purposes and a plaza/courtyard.

The project scope includes a new parking lot with retention basin, entry way & (2) ticket booth areas, synthetic turf football/soccer stadium, new home side bleachers, pressbox, natural turf practice football/soccer field, natural turf competition football/soccer field lined with an 8 lane/8 sprint lane track and associated throwing & jumping events.
