Project Overview

Point of Beginning provided design and survey services for multiple phases of the development of Service Cold Storage, freezer warehouse storage, located in the City of Stevens Point East Park Commerce Center.

Phase I included a new 157,500 sf freezer warehouse with an attached office space, a park and drive system of approximately 40 stalls, 28 semi-trailer stalls, 19 loading docks and a stormwater detention pond.

Phase II & III included a 75,000 sf & 140,000 expansion, loading docks and staging stalls, onto the East side of the building.

This project required coordination with the local municipality for the design of a new roadway and railroad coordination.
