This project consisted of survey and design services for the Willow Apartments located in Plover, Wisconsin. The project consisted of the new construction of an apartment complex, which included five twelve-unit buildings, five sixteen-unit buildings, fifteen unattached parking garages, associated parking with each apartment building, stormwater detention ponds, and drives.
